Vash Narain-Kerr is a spiritual teacher, author, Usui Reiki Master and Teacher, Akashic Records Teacher, and transformative healer whose life’s work is devoted to healing, self-discovery and spiritual growth. Through decades of personal practice, teaching and service, she has guided individuals toward a deeper understanding of themselves, their spiritual path and their innate capacity for healing and transformation.

Vash’s journey into energy healing began through the loving influence of her late father, a gentle and deeply spiritual man whose wisdom profoundly shaped her understanding of healing. Through him, she came to recognise that true healing extends far beyond technique. It is rooted in intention, compassion, presence, connection and the willingness to journey inward.

Usui Reiki became one of the cornerstones of Vash’s spiritual life. What began as a deeply personal experience evolved into a lifelong vocation of teaching, healing and supporting others. For Vash, Reiki is more than a healing modality—it is a living spiritual path that nurtures self-awareness, inner transformation and connection with universal life-force energy. Her teachings honour the traditional Usui system while encouraging students to develop intuition, self-trust and a deeper relationship with their own inner wisdom.

Her spiritual journey also led her into the profound teachings of the Akashic Records. As a Teacher of the Akashic Records, Vash helps others explore this sacred field of wisdom as a pathway to greater clarity, understanding and connection with the soul. Her approach brings together ancient spiritual principles with complementary practices including energy healing, meditation, hypnotherapy and past life regression, creating an integrated approach to personal and spiritual development.

Vash’s writing is a natural extension of her passion for teaching. She believes that spiritual knowledge becomes especially meaningful when it can be understood, experienced and incorporated into everyday life. Through her books, courses and workshops, she seeks to make profound spiritual teachings accessible while encouraging readers and students to discover their own truth rather than simply accepting the experiences of another.

Her book Akashic Records: Unveiling the Book of Life invites readers to explore the wisdom of the Akashic field and deepen their understanding of the soul, its journey and its potential. Through practical teachings and spiritual insights, Vash encourages readers to move beyond limitation, reconnect with their authentic selves and live with greater purpose, awareness and harmony.

In The Path of Light: A Complete Journey Through Usui Reiki, Vash shares the knowledge, practices and insights that have shaped her Reiki journey. Rooted in reverence for the teachings of Mikao Usui, the book offers both new and experienced practitioners a supportive path through Reiki healing, personal development and spiritual awakening. It reflects Vash’s belief that Reiki is not merely something we practise, but something that can gradually become a way of living—with greater compassion, presence and connection.

Together with her husband, Paul Kerr, Vash co-leads Prana Vaidya in Azaadville, Krugersdorp, South Africa—a space dedicated to healing, learning, reflection and spiritual growth. Through their teaching and healing work, they support individuals seeking greater balance, self-awareness and connection on their personal journeys.

At the heart of Vash’s work is a simple yet enduring belief: within every person exists an inner light and an innate wisdom waiting to be rediscovered. Whether through Reiki, the Akashic Records, meditation, healing or spiritual exploration, her intention is to help others reconnect with that light and walk their own path with greater awareness, courage, compassion and grace.

Through Akashic Records: Unveiling the Book of Life and The Path of Light: A Complete Journey Through Usui Reiki, Vash offers two expressions of the same calling—to illuminate pathways of healing, awaken inner wisdom and remind readers that the journey home ultimately leads within.
